Mireya was the second person we approached when we started the process of setting up our humble little company. We previously worked for the same activity outfit in Cabo San Lucas, and we have kept in touch even after she had started running her own operation.

Mireya’s good work ethic and positive outlook in life have helped her to overcome easily the birth pains that usually accompany a new business. Starting out with two stand-up paddle boards and a team of 2, she now single-handedly runs snorkeling trips, whale watching tours, as well excursions to the famous Arch (also known as El Arco) of Cabo San Lucas. During peak season in Cabo, she expands her team by employing additional staff. Possessing a science background herself, she normally hires fresh university graduates who come from marine-science-related fields. Mireya fosters a learning environment that allows the young naturalists to develop their skills and equip themselves with valuable skillsets for the future.

Local experiences with Mireya are fun, innovative, and genuine. Both her guests and her staff enjoy being around her sunny disposition. Always brimming with ideas and enthusiasm, she constantly comes up with new concepts and different ways for her guests to experience Los Cabos. We would not be surprised to see her going into a new venture in the next 5 years. In fact, we have no doubt that Mireya will succeed in anything that she sets her mind (and heart) on.
